Registration to the conference

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES :

The fees below include taxes and : your conference registration, a welcome packet, a welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, two meals, the Gala Dinner on Friday evening, and a cultural immersion on Saturday (choice between 4 options).

• All public (except categories below): 300 €
  
• Member of AsTRES (Faculty, Researcher, Post-Doctoral student): 250 €
  
• Online participant: 150 €
  
• Doctoral student: 150 €
  
• Non-doctoral student*: 0 €
  
• Participation fee for the gala dinner (only valid for accompanying persons or non-registered students): 80 €
  

*Lunches are not included in the student rate
